Job vacancy for the post of Assistant HR Manager in educational sector

A reputable client in the educational sector requires the service of a professional to fill the position below:
Position:  Asst. HR Manager

Qualifications/Requirements:

·         Must have a good university degree.
·          Must be a professional qualified human resource practitioner with SHRM and CIPD as an added advantage.
·          Should have a minimum of 5years in HR function of minimum of 2 should have been a managerial role.
·         Candidate must be a 30-40year old female.

Technical Competences/Skills
  • Must posses working knowledge of Microsoft office Packages
  • Knowledge of HR software is an advantage.
  • Must posses a sound knowledge and hands on experience of the implementation of HR functions – Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development.
  • Demonstrates a strong drive and commitment to achieve agreed objectives.
