Position: Asst. HR Manager
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Must have a good university degree.
· Must be a professional qualified human resource practitioner with SHRM and CIPD as an added advantage.
· Should have a minimum of 5years in HR function of minimum of 2 should have been a managerial role.
· Candidate must be a 30-40year old female.
Technical Competences/Skills
- Must posses working knowledge of Microsoft office Packages
- Knowledge of HR software is an advantage.
- Must posses a sound knowledge and hands on experience of the implementation of HR functions – Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development.
- Demonstrates a strong drive and commitment to achieve agreed objectives.
