The position holder will;
- Arrange and negotiate large financial transactions,
- Initiate money making ventures for the company and advise clients.
- S/he will be required to manage clients' investments
- Find buyers for shares in particular companies.
- Helping companies raise money
- Assisting in negotiations of mergers and acquisitions
- Facilitating private placement
- Managing investment portfolios
- handle buying, selling and trading securities
- arranging loans to fund expansion
Excellent analytical skills
Problem-solving skills
Interpersonal skills, negotiation and persuasion skill
Effective written and verbal communication skills and strong knowledge of computer and its applications
Knowledge of investment procedures and laws.
Knowledge of money and capital market operations
A master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field such as law or finance
Experience in merger and acquisition will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 8 years post graduate cognate experience, with at least 4 years at managerial position of a reputablefinancial institution
