- First line employee that visitors interact with.
- Responsible for welcoming visitors to the company
- Determining the nature and purpose of visit and directing along established guidelines
- Authorized visitors to the appropriate quarters.
- Keeps an electronic log of correspondence to the company.
- Deals with internal inquiries on the phone
- Makes sure that all visitors fill the visitors’ register
- Keeps track of all who enter the company and maintains decorum in the reception.
- Minimum of OND and at least five O’ Level Credits, including Mathematics & English at not more than two sittings.
- Must be confident with good organizational ability and ability to multi-task
- Must be friendly and possess good communication, presentation and language skills.
- Basic use of the computer and its applications is necessary.
- Minimum of two years relevant experience.
