Job vacancy for Talent Development Manager

Objectives
  • Develop policy, process and initiatives to meet company’s aspirations on talent attraction, retention and management, career planning and development, succession planning and executive management development in line with the talent/learning and development strategies
  • Identify critical jobs for optimal business performance.  Assesses talent readiness and translate to talent development plan.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree. Possession of a Master’s degree and / or Professional certification would be an advantage.
  • A minimum of 7 years working experience in a similar role with hands on knowledge of talent management tools.
  • The successful candidate must have exceptional interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
  • Must have a solid sense of confidentiality and discretion
  • Be able to develop and maintain highly effective relationship externally and internally and be able to operate individually and employ solid decision making skills.
