Job vacancy for Advocacy Officer

He/She will be required to take lead role in the process of using strategic information gathered from critical sector issues and lessons learnt across various similar programmes to advocate for change.
REQUIREMENTS

·         Understanding of technical, policy, and institutional issues relating to private sector participation and development

·         Knowledge of communication and profile raising.

·         Sound knowledge of relationship building, relationship management and networking.

·         Experience of managing communication and advocacy projects and working with media.

·         Experience of involvement in carrying out research projects.

·         Experience in advocacy and communication planning.

·         Proven ability to work under minimal supervision

·         4 years of relevant experience out of which 2 years must be in similar role.

·         A good first degree in Social Sciences or Humanities.
