Job vacancy for Human Resources Professional (HSP1) in Lagos

This role is responsible for working closely with line management and executive teams and other functional areas to proactively address business issues related to workforce development and productivity. Responsibilities include providing advice and counsel on multiple initiatives (such as workforce optimization) and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues. Through partnering with other HR functions, they deploy and execute HR programs (such as compensation, benefits, workforce diversity) and strategy. Employees in this role may provide strategic and operational guidance and direction to others in this role and to functional areas. They may also serve as a team leader or cross-functional HR teams at the business unit, site, country, region, or geography level.
 Responsibilities:
■ Manage the complete staffing process within particular business units.
■ Work with managers in order to determine hiring requirements.
■ Manage updating of all the documentation into HR systems.
■ Assist and support HR Generalist function in various staffing activities.
■ Performing HR business controls related activities.
Required
· University Degree (preferably majoring in Human Resources 
 or Business Management).
· Previous experience (3+ years), IT or Consulting
 sectors preferred.
· At least 3 years experience in Apply Knowledge of Core
  HR Disciplines
· At least 3 years experience in Implement HR Programs 
  and Policies and Strategies
· At least 3 years experience in Advise on HR Policy
 and Procedures
· At least 3 years experience in Applying Knowledge of 
  HR Strategy
· Formal recruitment training.
· Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
· Labour market trends knowledge.
· Fluent English.
· Advanced PC skills, SAP is advantage.
