RESPONSIBILITIES
· Translation of the company’s strategies into marketing plans
· Analyse the market place and identify prospects for the organisation’s services
· Formulation and development of various treasury products
· Preparation of monthly marketing budget.
· Negotiating and closing complex deals that benefit both the customer and the organisation
· Establishing and actualising targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A good first degree in any Social Sciences or a related field of study
- Minimum of 8 years post graduate cognate experience, with at least 4 years at managerial positions of a reputable financial institution
- Generally accepted marketing practices and principles
- Brand Management
- Decision making and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
